Registration windows
Teams register themselves in a channel you choose, inside a UTC window that opens and closes on schedule. Approve manually, or auto-accept into the next free slot.
Axis Manager runs esports events end to end from inside Discord. Teams register themselves, get placed into lobbies, confirm attendance in a scheduled window, and land in a scoring workbook, while you stay in the server instead of maintaining a pile of spreadsheets.
Signing in shows the servers and teams you already manage. Adding the bot happens through the Axis Labs Discord, because we set each server up by hand.
The event loop
Teams register from a Discord channel. Roster rules such as minimum players and players who must be in the server are checked before a registration is accepted.
Approve teams into numbered slots, or let auto-accept do it. Slot lists render in the lobby channels and update themselves as teams move.
Open the confirmation window. Managers confirm per lobby, and you get a clear picture of who is actually turning up.
Results go to the scoring workbook, manually or by screenshot. Advance the stage and the next round starts with the roles and rosters already sorted.
What it does
Not a pickup-lobby bot. Every part of it assumes an organizer who has to run the same event again next week.
Teams register themselves in a channel you choose, inside a UTC window that opens and closes on schedule. Approve manually, or auto-accept into the next free slot.
Group stage, playoffs, finals. Each gets its own lobbies, lobby size, roles and slot-list channels. One stage is live at a time, and advancing carries the right teams forward.
A confirmation window posts a prompt in each lobby. Managers confirm their team is showing up, so you find the no-shows before the match, not during it.
Discord first, web when it helps
Everything is configurable from a single sticky message in Discord, so no web login is required to run an event. This dashboard mirrors that layout so nothing has to be relearned, then uses the space Discord does not have: full settings pages side by side, roster snapshots you can scan, and registration lists that are not capped at twenty-five options in a dropdown.

Getting started
Axis Manager has no public invite yet. Setup runs through our Discord so each server is configured properly the first time.
Join the Axis Labs DiscordOnboarding runs from there: requests, configuration help and updates. There is no self-serve invite link yet.
Tell us what your server runs: tournament or scrims, rough size, how many stages. It helps us set sensible limits the first time.
Our staff installs Axis Manager in your server and walks through the first event with you. After that, this dashboard is yours.
Sign in with Discord to manage your events, teams and scoring from here.
Teams are global: one roster travels between servers and events. Up to five managers per team, six roster slots, and a per-stage edit quota you control.
Every event gets a Google Sheets workbook with a tab per stage lobby, filled from the live slot lists. Point it at your own scoring template and it stays in sync.
Upload match screenshots and the bot reads placements and kills, proposes the scores for review, and writes them to the workbook once you approve.
